Think of this as your own comfy place to lounge on the couch and chat with friends. So many of you so generously share your souls and your Soul with us, and when we pass along the stories of the friends who make space in their homes and hearts for Little Souls, the reaction is always "tell me more!".

| Rachel Ray and Little Souls |
We received a very special request recently to make a Rachel Ray doll for Rachel Ray (a very popular chef) herself. Rachel made a special appearance at the Williams Sonoma in King of Prussia, PA and loves her customized Little Souls doll!

Little Souls tries to fulfill all the requests we get to donate dolls to the countless worthy causes out there. One such opportunity presented iteself recently when our partner Errin's sister called and asked for help. Sister Karri was in charge of the special event for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Central Ohio called Blue Night. Their goal is to grant a hundred and fifty wishes in Central Ohio this year, and we sent along Oleander to be auctioned at Blue Night and help reach that goal. Here's a picture of Karri, Errin's sister, with Oleander.

| Little Souls' Journey to Shanghai, China |
Just a few weeks ago, we got a terrific call! A Little Souls fan called from Shanghai, China with and unusual request...could we ship to China?! Well, wouldn't you know it, just by coincidence, one of us had a planned trip to China the next week. So, the journey of a very special Bon Bon and Baby Cupcake began. The dolls began their trip in their hometown of Philadelphia and from there flew to Beijing to see the Great Wall. The wall spans thousands of miles throughout China. Their trip did not end there, however. They flew on to Xi-an, home of the world famous terra-cotta warriors. Over two thousand years old, thousands of these clay warriors were only discovered within the last 30 years buried deep underground to protect the grave of the First Emperor! Finally, Bon Bon and Baby Cupcake arrived in Shanghai, the Paris of the East, and their final destination. They were greeted by their new family. What an incredible journey. The lengths to which a Little Soul will travel to find a home!

Just a few weeks ago we got a call from a woman who was in New York asking for our help. She and her family live in New Orleans and suffered mightily with their neighbors through Hurricane Katrina. Suffering too was Oakley, her Little Soul doll who was wet, stained, a little stinky and showed the wear and tear of Mother Nature's ferocity. Our new friend mailed Oakley to us from her temporary home in New York, together will all the bits and pieces of her tattered hat, wilted flowers and irredeemable dress, and when we opened up the box here, it was all we could do not to cry ourselves. Well, with a lot of love and the magic of our dollmakers, Oakley is now back home in the Garden District awaiting Spring with her family. We're sorry to say she missed this year's Mardi Gras parades as she was in our "hospital" up north, but we've made sure she's prepared for many more years of such fun in New Orleans, and we're convinced her recovery will be mirrored by the great city itself.
